An older experience description mentioned practicing in personal servers or with a 'Personal Servers & Practice' pass. The current store name on the 767410343 record is Personal Servers. If the in-game button shows a different name or price, believe the button.
Who should skip all three
If you have not cleared an Easy tower, none of these passes are the next step. Chart teleport saves walking after you already know which tower you want. Chat tags are cosmetic. The Healing Tool matters only on towers that drain health while you are allowed to stand still. Tower of Hitbox and Health Abuse is an example of a tower whose name says health is part of the challenge. The pass does not advertise a bypass for that tower.
Safety
No checked source shows a code that grants these passes. A page that asks for your password, cookie, or an executor in exchange for a pass is not a code redemption.
