What is Steeple of Esoteric Arcane?
Steeple of Esoteric Arcane is the first name under Starry Night's Insane heading. It is a steeple, so it is shorter than a standard tower, but the band is Insane. The badge text is only '(in a funny way).' Roundups that pair it with Tower of Naive Facades are talking about early projects, not about the Easy row.
